<li>Provide 24-hour availability to respond to customer needs</li>
<li>Test, operate, and maintain tools according to established procedures</li>
<li>Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business</li>
<li>Follow up on equipment failures and contribute to Root Cause Analysis reports</li>
