About Servitisation.World – Experts in Service Transformation & Talent

About Us

Service transformation is ultimately a people transformation.

Digitalisation, connected equipment, new business models, recurring revenue and AI are creating enormous opportunities for industrial companies to build stronger, more valuable service businesses.

But turning those opportunities into sustainable growth requires more than technology and strategy.

It requires the right organisation, the right capabilities, the right leadership and the right people.

Servitisation.World was created to help industrial companies build them.

We bring together two complementary areas of expertise: decades of first-hand experience leading and transforming global service businesses, and decades of international experience building the organisations, capabilities and talent required to execute business strategy.

Our focus is practical: helping companies understand where they are, where they want to go, what needs to change, and what people and capabilities they need to get there.

We understand the service business that needs to be built.

And we understand the organisation and people needed to build it.

That is the thinking behind Servitisation.World.

Our platform is crafted to support professionals transitioning from traditional engineering roles into service-oriented careers with digital capabilities.

As organisations shift from product-only models to product-service systems (PSS), our platform serves as the bridge between visionary employers and forward-thinking professionals ready to thrive in the servitised economy. We specialise in connecting talent with Servitisation roles that integrate Sales and Marketing, Delivery and Operations, Governance, Risk and Performance Excellence, and Innovation and Development.

Our mission is to support this shift by offering a focused ecosystem of opportunities across Servitisation sectors. With more businesses adopting outcome-based service contracts and subscription-based equipment models, the need for skilled professionals in remote monitoring, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance is growing rapidly. These are no longer niche roles—they're central to business strategy.

We actively support organisations focussed on servitisation by helping hire talent capable of managing subscription-based service models, performance contracts, and data-enabled services. As more companies adopt servitised offerings, there is a growing demand for agile, multidisciplinary professionals—and that’s exactly who we aim to support.

We actively help companies implement equipment-as-a-service (EaaS) models and hire talent capable of managing asset lifecycle strategies, digital service portals, and customer success management. Whether it's a field service technician working on automated production lines or a data analyst enabling real-time service interventions, our job portal delivers the reach, relevance, and responsiveness today’s industry demands.

In addition to job listings, our platform curates valuable content to educate both employers and candidates on the trends driving servitisation in industry. We promote awareness around circular economy initiatives, sustainable service delivery, and the convergence of AI, data science, and machine learning in technical service roles.
