Responsibilities:

<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p>
<p>The Americas Operational Excellence Leader will take a regional &amp; global leadership role in the development, implementation, and sustainability of the Business System and the Operations Management System. In this role, you will act as strategist, coach, teacher, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). You will also be required to deploy to sites to lead site-level transformations, converting &ldquo;push&rdquo; operating models into pull systems.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p>Development, Implementation, and sustainment of the Operations Management System</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Creation of training curriculum to support Operational Excellence</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct Train-the-trainer classes &amp; coaching</p>
</li>

<p>Subject Matter Expertise in all fields of Operational Excellence</p>
</li>

<p>Support Business System development</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support or lead front to back site transformation (push to pull)</p>
</li>

<p><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills:</strong></p>

<p>10+ years in an industrial/manufacturing environment</p>
