Job Description

<li>Provides technical support and directly liaises with customer representatives to ensure the product is installed in the most efficient manner, allowing it to perform to its optimum design potential.</li>
<li>Assists with general overviews to customer representatives at rig sites, utilizing Tenaris resources and other applicable information specific to the operation or region being visited.</li>
<li>Ensures the correct use of Tenaris recommended practices by controlling and overseeing well site preparations, operations, and the repair of Tenaris Premium Connections, with a focus on preventing potential problems and incidents. This maximizes the safety and efficiency of our product installations.</li>
<li>Follows up with customer representatives to gather feedback on the perception of Tenaris products and services, identifying potential areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Maintains up-to-date self-training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures in accordance with the FISE training curriculum.</li>
<li>Responsible for timely completion of service reports, both in hardcopy and electronic formats, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous logs, inspection reports, service tickets, and specific reports.</li>
<li>Provides feedback from the field and the industry on the perception and attitude toward Tenaris and competitors' products, services, and technical innovations. Establishes and maintains files, adding them to the office reference library for competitor products and technical innovations.</li>
