<p>The job holder will be expected to contribute significantly to the overall delivery of Bosch&rsquo;s Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM) businesses in total. Specifically, the DSSS is expected to lead the sales growth of new digital solutions &amp; services collaborating closely with target customers. &nbsp;You will also work with colleagues throughout the division to strengthen the overall understanding of these new products and how they will help to deliver Bosch&rsquo;s go-to-market strategy.</p>
<p><strong><u>Main responsibilities will include:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Technical Services &amp; relevant Business Units to clearly define which digital solutions &amp; services are market ready &amp; relevant for UK &amp; Irish customers.</li>
<li>Develop detailed sales activity plans &amp; targets for each of the key digital solutions &amp; services in Bosch&rsquo;s IAM portfolio, specifically: -
<ul>
<li>Remote Diagnostics (Re-Di)</li>
<li>Workshop Management Systems (Product name: KiS)</li>
<li>Connected Repair (Co-Re)</li>
<li>Workshop Order Manager (WOM)</li>
<li>Service Contracts (Maintenance, Calibration, Extended Warranty, etc)</li>
<li>Bosch Loyalty Scheme (e<strong>X</strong>tra)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Create Customer Acquisition Projects (CAP&rsquo;s) for target customers and sales channels together with colleagues in the Bosch sales &amp; marketing teams.</li>
<li>Develop a set of KPI&rsquo;s and tracking tools with the internal divisional data team to monitor the New Product Introduction (NPI), sales performance (both direct and indirect) and market growth / penetration.</li>
<li>Develop and design NPI strategies &amp; processes to ensure the professional and efficient roll-out of new services, ensuring optimal customer experience &amp; engagement, working with divisional colleagues &amp; external suppliers / partners.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Targets / KPI&rsquo;s:</u></strong></p>
<p>The job holder will be responsible for achieving the agreed annual targets:</p>
<ul>
<li>Individual sales target for digital solutions &amp; new services</li>
<li>Contribute to the overall Bosch IAM sales, profit &amp; market share targets.</li>
<li>Work within agreed cost and market budgets to deliver the above</li>
<li>Market penetration targets for agreed solutions &amp; services</li>
</ul>
