<div>The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Plans, designs, purchases, and/or implements Industry 4.0 Automaton Systems on manufacturing processes in a Electronics manufacturing plant. Determines the manufacturing processes required to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. Works with engineering to identify problems with product and performance; recommends solutions or enhancements.&nbsp;</div>
<div>Plans and designs methods to improve efficiency in productivity</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div>&bull; Design, Development, and Implementation of Industry 4.0 Automation Systems: Lead the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of advanced automation solutions across various manufacturing processes, including:</div>
<div>o Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines</div>
<div>o Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) lines</div>
<div>o Machine shop operations</div>
<div>o Device assembly lines</div>
<div>&bull; Integration of Smart Factory Technologies: Develop and integrate cyber-physical systems, IoT devices, and other advanced technologies to create fully automated and interconnected manufacturing environments.</div>
<div>&bull; Automation Solution Expertise: Apply knowledge and hands-on experience with a range of automation technologies, including but not limited to:</div>
<div>o Vision Systems</div>
<div>o Robots (Industrial Robots and Collaborative Robots/Cobots)</div>
<div>o Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)</div>
<div>o Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)</div>
